Was looking for some under armour stuff and apart from the fact it is sports direct I noticed the above jacket that has rangers and semper paratus on it.

Do we have a deal with them?

Checked that and us army rangers have a different motto. Only us coastguard has that motto.

I know that's what got me. Loads of rumours pre season delays with merchandise then this January 2018.

Nowt to do with US military! It was sold in the Rangers Superstore about 5 years ago, I bought one before the full knowledge of the criminal deals done by Green with Ashley and co were exposed.

There is no official branding on the jacket. Rangers or under armour. That's odd. Rangers clothing has had semper paratus incorporated for a long time.

Puma are confirmed as kit & merchandise partners for season 17/18. I can't see how under armour can be our partner before this season ends.

Very tenuous link and I am not entirely sure if he veers towards us or not but he did regularly help a local bear with Chelsea tickets. There was also this report of a deleted tweet last August.

SPORTS kit manufacturer Under Armour accidentally waded into the row over Rangers strips this evening.

A Twitter account belonging to the sportswear giant suggested they were preparing to supply a new kit for the Ibrox club who are in the midst of a major falling out with Puma and Sport Direct.

Responding to a Tweet asking when Under Armour were releasing the new Rangers kit the verified customer service account 'Ask Under Armour' replied: “No set dates, but they will be coming. Stay tuned in the weeks to follow!”

Upper label simply says "Rangers Football Club Official Licensed Product", lower label "Made in China" (there's a surprise!). Nothing whatsoever relating to Under Armor. I quite like it, but it doesn't have any inside pockets. Still, Semper Peratus ticks the box for me
