Not sure where Elfideldo is these days (Elfi - you on hols??), however from what I know, the U13's, U14's and U15's all won this weekend against Killie.

U15's won 6-3, U14's and U13's won by a few (like upwards of 14 - 0)

I was at the first team game.

Rangers play Killie in an U16 game at Murray Park tomorrow at 7pm. I should be at that game.

Elfi

Anyone to look for...you and your youth team loyal fellow posters identified guys like Wilson early, and Macleod and Gasparotto.

Is it Stoney we should be watching now? Any names springing to mind?

A few good prospects at 17/18 Danny Stoney is certainly one, if I had to pick a couple I would say Ryan Sinnamon and Tom Walsh.

How did the under 10s get on in Belfast ?

U10s took two teams to Belfast, one team played in the U10 tourny the other played in the U11 tourny. Both teams won their respective competitions picking up the trophy. Well done the young bears.

Well done to the U10's!

Torque - the scores are accurate and certainly the U14 result was a strange one as Killie have played both Celtic and Hamilton Accies recently at U14 and been beaten 4-0 and 3-1 respectively, therefore either Killie had a bad day or the Rangers had a good day :) I certainly thought Rangers played a high tempo, good passing game and never gave Killie a chance... hard game next weekend up at Aberdeen.

Well done to win, but winning 14-0, imo they will learn nothing from this. They need decent competition. But where can they find it is the question.....

Really good footballer but my worry is now the youth have been forgot about a bit these promising youth players look elsewhere for opportunitys

At least the lad will get plenty of competative games in the 20s league. Hopefully if the leagues tied up with months to spare some of the youngsters will get the chance again. The cynic in me sees it differently and i can only see the cheque book coming out yearly as we climb up the divisions

Thanks...anyone at level of Barry Ferguson, Wilson, Macleod?

Are we talking 'good prospect' or 'John Fleck'....;)

Agree mate think the youth time is all but gone again true they will get games at 20s but once you have the taste of first team anything else will seem like a step backwards

Charlie Telfer seems to be mentioned a lot in any youth reports I've read. Also remember hearing Darren Ramsey was very promising, but that seems to have quietened down recently. Has he been injured?
