Just a heads up from an Owl over on Bears den.

They will be doing a minutes silence for a supporter who died on their pre season tour in Portugal.

Just to let you guys know. Pass the word round!

Would be helpful to know where and when? Will it be announced in the stadium?

Lets ensure that all Bears are aware of this and we continue being a credit to our club, and don't let ourselves down.

Where and when would you expect it would possibly be other than in the stadium before kick off?

Im positive all Bears will respect it, as we always do however it would be useful if they announced it so more people know.

I've sent a message to the official Twitter site. Hopefully they will confirm.

I'm sure they will announce it but apparently their tannoy systems not the best.

Sure if it's announced before the game and on the busses to the game it will be respected impeccably.

Our fans always show the proper respect during the minutes silence.

It is what we have been brought up to do

There is absolutely no danger that our fans would disrupt a moment of respectful remembrance for someone's loved one

Indeed I know we will all respect it and have a good song ready for him after.

Just thought I would post as the guy on BD said their tannoy is shit.

I'm sure it will be impeccably observed by all bears in attendance.

Yes that seems the obvious choice, but unless it is clear there is always a possibility of bears arriving late etc.

It's not a topic to be a smart ass over.

In light of the Celtic game lets make sure we observe it properly, no doubt we will be Timmy will love it if we embarrass ourselves

There seems to be little in the way of conformation here, need to spread the word as most bears are already en route with no idea this is planned.
