Voting for this madcap reconstruction immediately cuts your income from the Rangers Pound by 50% as at best you will only get one visit from Rangers Fans next season - assuming we decide to travel to anyone who votes for this shambles !!

Voting against it by all Division 2 teams would keep the current format and guarantee 2 visits from Rangers ;)

So - Ask your Bank Manager for a wee bit of advice if you canny work out the best way to vote

Good point Scooterbear

Its simple arithmetic

- 30 pieces of Reagan and Lawells silver OR
- two sellout games plus TV revenue plus ramsdens cup revenue

or we boycott the lot of you. Its simple; we need a fairer deal. Cmon RST, Assembly, FF, RM ....lets get organised NOW to publicise the consequences to Div 2 teams

Good post , don't think this is as cut and dry as the three stooges think . Alot of 2nd and 3rd division clubs are actually quite finacially sound with their social clubs and chairmans keeping tight reins on the purse strings.

Another point the Div 2 Chairmen should take into account is that the Div 3 teams will be going into this 18 team National League with bank balances they have only previously dreamt about and will therefore have a budget well beyond anything that the "relegated" Div 2 teams will have at there disposal.

Not sure how many will get promoted from the National League but you would assume (why the fk I would assume anything in this proposal !!) that 2 would go up plus a play off. If this was the case then the current Div 3 teams would have a big advantage thus leaving the "relegated" Div 2 teams in the bottom tier for the foreseeable future.

Think about it Div 2 Chairmen >:)

We as fans are doing enough by spending. Charles Green and the board need to get us out of this one. We are not going to boycott every team who votes for their best interests.

The 'you'll get a bigger share of the pie' will be dangled in front of them, after that the fingers will go in the ear and the la...la...la chants will begin.
It's a shambles mate.

I was not asking for any boycott - it is a fact that we will only be at each ground once.

However - There is the possibility that people won't travel to away games next season because of this stitch up by the SFL who had previously been making all the right noises regarding reconstruction - everyone should be left to make their own mind up on this and it will be golf or the Juniors for me ;)

A poster on McMurdo's blog a few of days ago heard SFL teams were bribed by varying amounts up to 200,00 to vote for 12 12 18 also Rangers TV deals would be shared.

some great points coming accross and should to be put out there,
but who is gonna do it,
last sat this was announced and not a cheep from fans orgs and its THEY and maybe traynor who must go for it, charlie has given his blessing basically , not a lot he can do for the min , so lets get this show on the road, NO ONE should be left in any doubt as to the consquences, we will be accused of scaremoungering but hey cant be any worse than the armageddon speach to SFL from themuns eh?.
