How could the SFA know this guy wasnt a fit and proper person to own a football club, its a hugely expensive business to find out says Hugh, thats to paraphrase him. Well how come they found out he wasnt in a couple of week when before they had months and months to do the same thing.

Despite the administrators stating the HMRC will be happy to go down the CVA route as long as Whyte is not involved with the club ?
