Ticketus trying to grab money back might be good news as it would seem to imply they are on a shaky ground with regard to the club being online to repay anything to them..

The Administrators launched the bid to get the money for Rangers, the others are trying to get their paws on it as creditors. They haven't a hope, but I fear it could take months to be settled.

I've just re-read your post. There are 4 groups trying to get the cash? Duff & Phelps, HMRC, Ticketus & Whyte?

I'm probably wrong, but isn't us getting this money an admission that the Ticketus deal was kosher?

There is a fifth party - the players pension fund.

If the club gets the money, would that not look like us accepting liability for the whole Ticketus deal?

Those 4 parties arguing with admins for that 3.6m? Ticketus, HMRC, the players' pension fund &, wait for it, Craig Whyte

I may dander along, equipped with my sturdy whangee brolly, to deliver a swift rebuke to all and sundry and a robust biff between the eyes for Whyte!

It's been said in Court that five parties now want 3.6m. Judge wants "urgent" hearing from March 29. Lawyers discussing
