I believe that 3 minutes injury time were shown on the board today, but BBC give the time of the equaliser as 90+5.

Did something happen in injury time for extra time to be added, have BBC made a mess of it, or did the ref operate a play till they score policy?

Can't say for sure, but it didn't feel like the ref had played more than 3 minutes to me.

BBC probably trying to make it look even worse.
I thought it was about the 3rd min may be wrong.

the goal wasnt as late as 95 minutes, the 90 mins ended at 4.49pm cos i looked at the clock on the govan stand when the 3 mins injury time was announced thinking that the game should finish at 4.52pm,4.52 was still on the clock when they scored

The 4th official signalled for 3 mins injury time today and I was sure the ref should have been blowing the whistle when Lafferty had the ball at the corner flag.

According to the BBC St Mirren scored in the 5th minute of injury time. Despite today being a total **** up, I fail to see where the two additional minutes came from.

does no one remember naisy's winner against hearts last season & it turned 1pt into 3pts, today is a blip & will focus us for next week....

this bringing on McCulloch is far more worrying in my opinion

I was gutted, I was counting down the seconds but I think it was just in the dying seconds of the added time. We had kick off, then as soon as we kicked off the whistle was blown.

yeah, i noticed the bbc's 90+5 minutes goal time. Although it didn't seem like 5 minutes, had the same happened to celtic they'd be jamming the airwaves with demented conspiracy theories and outrage and barely disguised threats

6 subs. 30 seconds a sub.

I looked at watch when we had it in their corner and it was 2:50 into the 3. I looked up and they were on the edge of our box, so I doubt it was much, if any over the 3 mins.

Yeah, but they hardly ever apply the 30 seconds per substitution rule. There's no consistency in that

Sky had it as being scored in "the 5th minute of injury time " defo after 3 mins

The BBC are obviously fishing and looking for us to complain about the 95th min goal when only 3 were added, the added time i believe is only a guideline for the minimum amount of time to be added.
So even thought it was in the 93rd min it wouldnt really matter if it was the 95th as the ref had played the (at least) 3 min injury time.
We messed up and people are saying we saved TLB's job (is that a bad thing the way they are playing), TLB's sacking/walking away due to off field events will more than likely happen this season and i would rather it happened when it was too late for them to appoint anyone with more experience who might be able to claw back some of the deficit and maybe put some pressure on Ally/us as i think this being his 1st season he is still finding his feet.
I dont care who they get as manager next season as by then Ally will have a full season under his belt and will be ready for anyone.

Got a bit side tracked there but i think i got the point across lol :o

Also one of St Middens was at half time, play was never stopped no time wasting should never have been 3 minutes. We should still have seen it out though.

You are spot on about bringing on McCulloch. I said to the the guy next to me when he came on it would end 1-1.

9/10 times refs don't blow for full time when a team is attacking if the added time is up and we missed enough chances to win 3 games in the second half

Daddy_Bear07

It seemed a lot longer than 3 minutes.

What i do know was ours was one of the last games to finish in both Scotland and England yesterday. Maybe we kicked off a bit late because that is unusual. Anyone who watches Soccer Saturday will verify sometimes the English games dont finish until a good 5 min after the Scottish ones for some reason.

Did the same myself and can confirm it was hitting 3 mins when they scored.
