TV companies love things like that. They use the images of smokes to show passion etc but when it happens in Britain they frown upon it.

Smoke bombs add something to the atmosphere at a game.

The tims should be docked points for their fans letting them off!

"Britain" has always frowned on passion - think "lie back and think of England".

Any attempt by bears to improve the atmosphere is frowned upon by the authorities and that includes our own management. Everything we try has to be crushed.

Better to stay in the pub until the club realises that they need us more than we need them.

Smoke bombs were set off in the Rangers end at the Motherwell game at Hampden. PC Plod went mental. Think there were a couple of arrests. :-(

Plod seen as they seem to be almost dictating how our game is run in Scotland :(

I'm not a fan of setting pyro off in your own ground, Ibrox isn't a ground where I'd like to see a lot of it going off. It is our stadium and I feel it is disrespectful to set it off within your own ground, maybe a few flares/bengals etc would look good but nothing over the top. Although away from home it is to be embraced, great way of cranking up the atmosphere and showing a great deal of colour within the stands.

Legislation abroad (specifically talking about Germany) means that the home team picks up the tab for use of pyro within the ground. Basically they've failed to search folk properly etc... so you rarely see the home fans set them off - or at least the fans who care about their clubs coffers!

For me it's just something for away games. Dunno if it's disrespectful as such bit Ibrox just not the place for it as it stands. Maybe safe standing would change that, I dunno.
