This game is set to be played tommorow i'n Ankara provided the snow doesn't get the game kicked off.

Now usually this game wld be a full house of about 20,000 but tommorow will be lucky if there are 5,000. This is nothing to do with the bad weather or the poor form from ankaragucu. It's the ticket prices.

Ankaragucu were taken over by ahmet gokcek son of the mayor of Ankara melih gokcek. He promised the team would challenge for the title and big stars would be brought i'n for this is ankaragucus centenary year. His involvement with ankaragucu meant ankaraspor were demoted due to his involvement with two clubs i'n the one league. Ankaraspor have now been kicked out of all competitions.

Gokcek is an evil man who is using the club like a toy. Darius vassell was kicked out his hotel and is owed 500k and the current squad haven't been paid for 6 months. Umit ozat was given the ankaragucu job as manager over sacked Roger lemerre having no manager experience.

The fans have been calling for umit ozat to resign and the gokceks to leave. He has answers them back by putting the tickets up from 3 pounds to 70 pounds. This is so the fans won come as ankaragucus fans are from ankaras unemployed. He also refused to allow the fans to buy season tickets at the start of the season.

Clubs with wanker owners ????

A wee bit of a blizzard in Ankara just now actually >:)

Christ, that's scandalous!

It makes us look like we have a cheek moaning about SDM!

On the other hand, it's symptomatic of what's happening the world over. Fans are being completely shafted by the money men and football is dying as a result.

I'm going to answer my own question here!

Is this the mad Fener fan who spent days hiding in an advertising hoarding at Galatasaray's ground and then ran on to the pitch during their game in order to plant the flag on the centre circle, in retaliation for Souness's famous provocation?

I read he was badly beaten for his troubles.
