Just seen a clip on You Tube.He certainly knows how to find a Keeper:DGood left peg right enough with a bit of pace.Looks similar too Gow in many ways:ninja:www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DA5JSbfjIA Not sure if this has been posted before sorry if it has.

Yes mate but if we were too sign him then it would stop all this debate about him playing for Scotland because hes English because bawheid would not pick him if he wore a Rangers Jersey;)

Probably couldn't afford him anyway.

Peterborough rate him at 5 million and won't accept a penny less

I just see a skinny Charlie Adam, he has a decent left peg.
He can measure a pass and has a deft first touch.

Big phucking deal.

That is true.

And you know what, **** it, all it means is our players dont get injured on International duty or suffer fatigue. Rangers before Scotland always.

Remember hearing a lot about him last season, how supposedly there were bigger teams interested etc

I've only seen him a couple of times and both times i've been impressed, strong left foot, full of tricks and skills but with a bit of grit you don't usually see from those type of players, played left of a four man midfield in the first game and played off the main striker in the second game I seem to remember.

Has anyone watched the guy on a regular basis? And if so is he any good?

did we not let a slightly slow decent left footer go only recently for him to single handedly win every honour open to him in the world of football??? as well as losing a few pounds on the deal??

He has been brilliant today, looks like he has that bit of quality timber by a player and find a pass, if the money was right i think he should be one of our signings this summer, would be fantastic in the spl IMO.

Who? This is the problem at this time of year. All and sundry who are spotted on tv and have a good game immediately become someone who ' can do a job fo us'. It wil be the same all the way up to the transfer window close date at the end of August.

And this is the problem when people who don't know who the players are automatically rule out a player because of the league they play in or because they don't know who they are. I think he could easily play for rangers, we will probably never no but I would like to see it happen.

He's playing in the third tier of English football. He didn't get a move after playing with Peterborough in the Championship.

He's not good enough for Rangers.

29-05-2011, 22:01
No chance! Was on loan at Forest, and I desperately wanted him to do well, as we could have had him for next to nothing. However, he just looked like the sort of player who will do well when everything is going his way, but when things get too tough, he goes missing.

Depends on how much they would be looking for, as it is a huge gamble for us to take on someone from the lower leagues of England, who has no experience what is required every week at a big club, the most I'd pay would be 400k.

scored about 12 goals in the first half of the season when posh were last in the chapionship, then went on loan to forest and for some reason billy im the greatest davies did not pick him. he is more than good enough for the championship and the spl for that matter. the main sticking point would be that the posh chairman would not stand for our penny pinching transfer dealings.

Its not the chairman Rangers need to get by its Barry Fry and he wants more than 2million for him. Hes only 24 and has plenty of talent but he does need to get some consistency. I think its too much to pay up front but a structured deal may be tempting for Barry.

as i have said before scored about 12 goals was poshs best player by far, that includes mackial smith, before christmas, then went to forest and hardly played for the rest of the season. so imo more than good enough for the championship and spl. live near peterborough so have seen him in the flesh a few times when i can't get a ticket for ibrox.
