According to Record this morning

Club also attempting to reverse gagging order.

Have listed the SD deal as an onerous contract in court papers.

Originally signed by Rats Somers and Easdale without knowledge of Chief Exec or Gers FD.

I would it if we're paying the 5 mill so we can serve notice.

We need out of that contract somehow.

Hopefully there is an ace up our sleeve.

I think it was clear the loan wasn't being repaid out of the kindness of the board's heart so that makes sense.

Would be great if the gagging order could be reversed...

So once the 5M is repaid we then have 7 years of Fattys unbelievable contract to run

Surely this can be proved in court to only benefit one party and that they were signed off illegaly by the spivs.

Yet some people thought or still think Ashley wanted the best for Rangers

....and continue to fund his rape of our club.

Hate these rapists with a passion, must have wanted us hampered to the benefit of his (fat slug) friend Dermot

It's already in the public domain that Rangers won't terminate the SD deal until after the fraud court cases as putting a signature to the paperwork means the club accept it as a valid contract

No they don't,if you read the other thread on this you'll see that they say there is no evidence of any contract being signed off by Rangers, through their lawyers or in any official capacity by the spivs who done it.

It's all tied in with the signing of the deal or non signing if proven to be true.

It was Charles Green who negotiated the SD deal in 2012 when the 7 year notice period was including in the deal all yesterday's revealed was that couldn't be triggered until the 5 million SD loan was paid back as a condition of the loan

Is it illegal for a contract to only benefit one party?

Is it illegal for a contract to only benefit one party?

If we prove its only benefiting one shareholder and the club gains little Also that they were signed off by the Spivs and not the club then surely they can be questioned in court
