What is he doing now ? I caught the end of an interview with him and he was saying he was coming up on Sunday for the game. I just get this nasty feeling that come Monday I am going to pick up a paper and he will be announced as manager. In the bit I heard he was praising LLambias which was the worrying aspect.

Colin W*nker. :D

I really hope not but nothing surprises me anymore with our board. :(

In all honesty, Warnock would be a much better option than what we currently have.

I know Warnock is not well liked on here but i still think he is a better manager than Mcdowell and Mccoist.

He has a holiday home up here and takes in a few Gers games when here.He would be a better option than what we have got at the moment in the short term.

The thing I don't like about him is that he has been hovering around for nearly 12 months now. every time he is asked he denies it yet keeps turning up at games.

The bookies are usually clued up on these things and Warnock can still be had at 16/1

He was interviewed by a fat alike on talk sport a few days back.
Derek Lambias is a great guy
Mike Ashley is an even better guy
He can't understand the fans enmity towards them
Fans are fickle and will come round.
He's happy doing what he's doing

What he's doing appears to be working as a P.R man for the Regime

Warnock knows how Ashley operates, ie. likes managers who basically don't rock the boat and do what they are told.

If Ashley is allowed to go down the road of lending money to more distressed football clubs and hiving off their commercial and retail income streams then I'm sure Warnock will one day get a gig out of obese Michael and sleekit Derek.

We could do worse for 6 months to see if he can sort out this shambles of a team of ours and get us promoted. Then we can start to look ahead.

If you were ever going to announce a new manager Tuesday/Wednesday next week would be a great time to do it from a Wigs point of view.

He's a (unt of a man, but a better manager than anything in Scottish football at the moment.

FF has fair changed it's tune.

This guy would be banned after the first game and spend the rest of the time managing in the stand. That would not help.

Ive said it a few times i firmly believe he'll be our next manager

I also think he would get us out of this league

No thanks...........

You should need to earn the right to manage Rangers......as we have found to our cost recently.

I take it you are suggesting that the board are writing off the semi-final and wouldn't want any new man to run the risk of a 'severe defeat' or have any January transfer window to work in.

Give him sundays game to go on the riot.
Then he can leave for all I care.

The result doesn't matter, as long as we take out a lot of their players with bad injuries I'll be happy.

I would take Warnock, far better than what we have who no doubt still run a very expensive holiday camp.

However we could get that guy who enjoys having sex whilst looking Tommy Sheridan in the eye.

I'm struggling to believe that anyone would welcome Colin Wanker into the fold at Ibrox. A friend of Green and an Ashley apologist. No thanks, I would rather persivere with Kenny Mc until after the EGM or until the end of this season. Even if he was not a board appointment, take a look at Palace under Pullis, then Warnock then Pardew!

Our club has lost a hell of a lot of it's credibility over the past three years, Warnock being touted as a potential replacement for the managers position is testament to the fact.

We obviously need a new manager long term and he is not the answer, but would he have done a job Sunday, probably, to late now though.

Doesn't he live on the South coast ? I heard that he was unlikely to work anywhere other than within reasonable travel distance.
But with us you never know.
Probably better than what we have.

If he wants to attend games then great but he shouldn't be anywhere near the club in a coaching or managerial capacity.

If they know they're going to be out after the EGM, it really wouldn't surprise me if the board deliberately appointed a shit manager on inflated wages before they went, just to spite us.

I met him a number of years ago - he spoke of attending European games at Ibrox and of the fantastic atmosphere. An experienced manager who would do a job for us, albeit only in the short term due to his age.

His only real issue that would cause him a problem is his friendship with Charles Green, he has attended Auchinhowie many times and has stated that our youth set-up is as good as anything that he has seen or experienced in England. This could be a reason why he is being touted as our future manager it would tie in with this boards desire to spend very little money and make proper use of our youth set-up. I have pure utter contempt for our board and Ashley and wish them all gone, but even that mob can see that our football set-up is not being used to its best.
